For companies which generate more than 500 employment's or that are catalogued as of strategic importance for the State

· Construction of acceleration and/or deceleration lanes.
· Construction of power works.
· Construction of water outlets.
· Construction of artesian wells.
· Construction of residual water collectors.
· Construction of railroad spurs.
